Join The Movement

The “Join The Movement, Make an Impact on DC’s Opioid Crisis” event at Union Station was a success! DC Recovery’s support staff was phenomenal in making our presence known in the DC community. The event organizers, The h3 Project,  Outreach partners, Police officers and lots of community members all . Our beloved Board member Anna Mabel Jones was at the site with her staff as well spreading the message of full recovery and treatment.

We distributed NARCAN and Test strips and demonstrated the techniques for Harm Reduction to police officers and to folks that came to our table along with NARCAN use.
