What a day! What a day!
It is always a rewarding day when one can help another and equally learn from that person. This is how we describe August 31, 2021 when DC Recovery worked in the community to honor National Overdose Prevention Day. We support the resilience of those who have substance use disorders by providing the educational information on safer drug use, providing info on naloxone, and by doing prevention trainings. We help save to lives.
