The structure of DC Recovery’s workshops is interwoven with spiritual support practices that help participants find a path to full recovery. The participants in this specific workshop will learn spiritual beliefs and how to apply the knowledge to one’s life for achieving emotional steadiness and well-being.
Participants are taught how to meditate using breathing techniques and to leverage group discussions as a platform for an emotional release. Our support coaches guide the participants to understand how spiritual support can help them develop integrity and commitment and set the right boundaries to achieve long-term recovery benefits.
