DESCRIPTION:OUTREACH IS EVERYTHING! OUTREACH IS NECESSARY! \nOn September 7th\, 2024\, Brian Person\, DC Recovery’s Community Outreach Coordinator and Certified Peer Recovery Supervisor\, spent time with Minister Gary Hynson at Farragut Square Park between I & K Streets\, N.W.  on  17th Street. Minister Hynson and his team were at the park doing the “real” tasks of directly improving our community by feeding the homeless\, and distributing bibles\, clothes\, and additional resources. \nBrian extended his hand to Minister Hynson to plan future outreach efforts in coordination with the Minister who visits the park every other weekend.
